1. First go on Adobe premier pro cc 2018 software  then create project name you like, here i am given name is emiway bantai song .
2. Into adobe premier pro cc import your video if you have to change their background color like above video.

3. Drag your video in timeline and check it play good or not if it not play properly so turn there frame rate is 1/4 then it edit.

4. Select timeline video and go into effect panel search on change   to color .

5. This change to color drag on your selected video in timeline.

6.  Look above section of effect control panel you will see "From" and "To" .Now read carefully below steps it do .

7. You very well know whats meaning of "From" click on pen tool select background color this video is green then you select this green color .

8. Now come on "To" option is below of "From" option .

9. Then select  color picker type below box  is "6B15E0" as per below image.

10. Your video look like below image but sometime color picker not show accurately if you adjust it from the Hue option i am here select there percentage is 30.0%. 

11. Now you follow this above all steps your video clip almost done after now take look cinematic.

You have to follow last steps 

12. Go in effect panel search crop and drag it on video clip.

come on effect control panel select Top 14% and Bottom 15% now your video clip look cinematic as below image .
